Septimus - Mark I

Septimus was formed in 1995 in Calgary, Alberta. This is the original line-up with Pamela Bryan (lead vocals/rhythm guitar), Jeff Cunningham (drums) with Stefan (Steve/Puto) Dzubiella on Bass guitar.

Septimus - Mark II

Our second line-up with Vova Poplavski on Bass guitar. Vova was on the "Virago Submission" album in 1996 and parted in 1997.

Septimus- Mark IIIWe joined up with our third bass player Jason Skilton in early 1997 and wrote a few of the songs that are now recorded on the "Time Trials" album. We also shot a video for the song "Phobia". Jason is now living and playing his music in B.C.

Septimus - Mark IV

In 1998 we relocated to Edmonton and at that time decided to add a lead guitar player after feedback from fans and just to see how it would sound. It was then that Septimus expanded to a four-piece adding lead guitarist Grant Tarapacki. Eric Lampimaki joined on bass and we recorded a demo of music called "The Snowaxe Sessions" in our basement.

Septimus - Mark V

Murray Rutherford came on to play bass for Septimus in 1999. Grant Tarapacki relocated to Fort McMurray for work, his first instict was to leave Septimus but decided later to drive up on weekends for rehearsal and live shows, a six hour drive. We recorded "Time Trials" over a period of 2 months, driving back and forth from Calgary, Alberta. This line-up appeared on A-Channel's Big Breakfast and did a small tour of Southern Alberta in the summer of 1999.

Septimus - VI

In the year 2000, at the time lead guitarist Grant Tarapacki decided to part ways, Murray Rutherford decided to leave as well. Septimus was reformed with Stuart Ellis from Metallica Tribute band "Misery" and previous bassist Eric Lampimaki.
